SNEVETS Service Refund Guidelines

At SNEVETS, we strive to deliver high-quality digital and IT services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service not delivered as agreed in the project scope
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Cancellation request before work has started

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed or delivered work
  • Partially completed milestones
  • Custom development or design work already started

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Service Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client may be charged for completed work. Remaining balances (if any) will be refunded accordingly.
